Hailing from the Solukhumbu district in Everest region, Dawa Sherpa has been climbing since 18 years old and guiding for 15 years, focusing on environmental conservation in the mountains. His certifications include a Climbing Guide from the Khumbu Climbing Center, a Trekking Workshop with TAAN, and Avalanche Safety through the American Avalanche Institute. He has guided the summits of Everest (2), Cho Oyu (1), Makalu (1), Island Peak (12), and Mera Peak (15). In addition, Dawa too specializes in guiding treks to the Mustang region and Mardi Himal. His trek is also special as he is knowledgeable about high-altitude flora and fauna, and you will learn many things along the way. He is Fluent in English & basic Tibetan.
