Dil Tamang comes from the village of Bung in the Solukhumbu district in Everest Region. He has been a guide with Himalayan Partner Treks for 5+ years and is an outstanding leader on treks in the Everest region, as well as in the Annapurna, Langtang and Upper Mustang areas. Chandra has infinite patience and energy, encouraging clients safely out of their comfort zone. He is particularly interested in Nepal’s diverse cultures. He will organize visits to local homes and monasteries so his clients can enjoy an authentic experience while gaining insights into traditional village life.
